In both spinning and Pilates, Tamar is a strong believer in the mind-body connection. Her teaching methods encourage mindfulness, breathing techniques and self-introspection through connection to inspiring music.
MEET TAMAR
In the summer of 2011, when Tamar moved to Jerusalem, she was seeking an exercise routine similar to what she had experienced in New York. She searched for a fun filled intense cardio spinning experience which would provide an outlet for stress release, recharge her batteries and encourage introspection through uplifting music. Unable to replicate her US experience, Tamar completed her certification and found her calling converting Jerusalem residents into spinning aficionados.
Over time, Tamar realized that she wanted to further connect with and train her clients to integrate pilates into their lives as the perfect complement to their spinning. Tamar, personally, recognized the benefits of pilates, on the mat, and particularly with the support and challenge of the reformers and other pilates equipment. She loves how her small pilates sessions allow her to tailor workouts to her clients individual needs in a more personalized setting.
